Does your venue price already include food or drinks? Set the corresponding extra item to 0 to avoid counting it twice.
Keep a contingency available
The contingency is calculated from your total budget and added to your planned costs. The remaining amount is your room to spend after allowing for it.

What does a wedding with 80 guests cost?
It depends on your quotes and choices. The calculator starts with 80 guests as an example only. Adjust the guest count, individual amounts and total budget to suit your wedding.
How are per-guest costs calculated?
The amount entered is multiplied by your guest count. One-off costs stay the same. Changing the guest count only changes items set to “Per guest”.
Is the contingency included in the costs?
No. It is a chosen share of your total budget, added on top of the individual cost items to keep a buffer visible.
Can I continue editing the result in Wedding OS?
This first version is a standalone calculator with CSV download and a print view. Entries are not yet transferred to a TRAUKLAR account.
