Yes. You can get started with your own account. If you’d like to plan together, you can invite additional authorized people to your wedding.
Who is TRAUKLAR for?
For couples and individuals who want to plan their wedding themselves. You can get started on your own and invite another person to plan together later.
Can I try TRAUKLAR for free?
You can create an account and set up your wedding for free. Visit the pricing page to see which features and products are currently available.

How can the Wedding OS help us?
It brings together tasks, budget, guests, seating plan and vendors in one place. You can find an overview on the Wedding Planner page.
Can we plan our wedding together?
Yes. You can invite other people to your wedding and work together on the planning details.
How long can I use Wedding OS?
The usage period depends on the product you have booked and begins once access is activated. You can find the features included and the applicable term on the pricing page.
What happens after our wedding?
Your access does not automatically end on your wedding day. You can continue using your planning data until the end of your booked term.
Can I change my budget, guest list, and vendors later?
Yes. As long as you have access to the planning features, you can update your entries.
Wedding website & guests
What can we include on our wedding website?
You can share information about the day, the venues, and the schedule with your guests. Find out more about design and publishing on the Wedding Website page.
Can guests RSVP online?
Yes. Invited guests can respond using their personal RSVP links. Their responses then appear in your guest list.
Is the wedding website free?
You can get started with a free account. You’ll find the current features of the wedding website and any available upgrades on the pricing page.
Vendors & venues
How do I find suitable vendors or venues?
In the vendor and venue directories, you can search by name or location and filter the published profiles by category.
Can I contact a vendor through TRAUKLAR?
For profiles that allow inquiries, couples with an active Wedding OS account can send an inquiry through the profile. You can find the replies in the Messages section.
How do I create a profile as a vendor?
Register in the vendor area, create a listing, and submit it for review. Once approved, it will be published. You can find the process on the For Vendors page.
Pricing & privacy
Where can I see the current prices?
The available products and their prices are listed on the Pricing page.
Where can I find information about data protection?
You can find out how TRAUKLAR processes personal data in the Privacy Policy.
Is TRAUKLAR a subscription?
Paid products are booked for a specific term. Automatic renewal is not предусмотрed.
What payment methods are available?
The payment methods currently available will be shown to you at checkout.
Will I receive an invoice?
An invoice with the billing details provided will be issued for each order. For bank transfers, you can find the payment information in your order status.
Who can see our wedding information?
The planning details are intended for authorized members of your wedding. You decide which information is visible on your wedding website when you publish it.
