Is the checklist really free?

Yes. You can create your list and download it as a PDF without registration or an email address.

What if our wedding is soon?

Preparation dates that have already passed appear under “Start now”. Tasks stay visible without past deadlines. Decide together what is still useful and achievable.

Are the suggested dates mandatory?

Dates help you organise. Availability, local requirements and agreed deadlines can differ. Confirm them directly with your registry office, ceremony venue and suppliers.

Is our list saved or transferred to Wedding OS?

Yes! Generate your checklist and choose “Continue in Wedding OS”. After signing in, review tasks, planned dates and checkmarks and match them to existing tasks. Import is included in Wedding OS. Alternatively, save an import file and upload it later under Tasks.
