Add your guests
Add each person separately to the empty main tab. Share an ID within each household and link plus-ones.
Update RSVPs
Update RSVPs and meal choices. Filters help organise the rows; totals continue to show your full list.

Is the template free?
Yes. Download the Excel file without registration or an email address and use it for your wedding.
How are plus-ones counted?
Each person gets a separate row with a first name or placeholder. For a plus-one, also enter who they accompany. Each person then counts once in the total.
How many guests does it hold?
The main tab contains 500 prepared guest rows with formatting and dropdowns. A summary shows guests, accepted, declined and pending responses and selected meals. The separate example tab illustrates the entries.
Can I import the Excel list into TRAUKLAR?
This template is a standalone file and is not automatically transferred to your account. After free registration, you can manage an online guest list with households and RSVPs in TRAUKLAR.
