I’m Caro Kühle-Lange, founder of federleicht HOCHZEITEN and a boutique wedding planner based in Cologne.
**Your wishes are where it all begins.**
Perhaps you already have a clear vision for your wedding. Or maybe you have a few ideas so far, with plenty still to take shape.
I want to understand what matters to you, how you’d like to celebrate and which tasks you’d prefer to hand over.
Together, we’ll use this as the foundation for a wedding concept that’s personal to you. I’ll bring my experience, creative ideas and big-picture perspective, research suitable venues and suppliers, coordinate the details and take care of the agreed planning tasks.
The key decisions always remain yours. I’ll independently take care of bringing your plans to life and handling the many organisational details, within the scope we’ve agreed.
**How I can support you:**
**Full-service wedding planning**
From the first idea right through to your wedding day, I’ll take care of the complete concept, planning and organisation of your wedding. This includes researching venues, selecting and coordinating suppliers, developing a design concept, and planning all the details and logistics.
**Partial planning**
Have you already started planning your wedding but would like to hand over certain areas? I’ll join your existing plans, take on the agreed tasks and manage them independently.
**Wedding-day coordination**
Have you planned your wedding yourselves and want to enjoy the day with your guests? I’ll prepare the handover, coordinate with your suppliers, and oversee the setup and decorations. On the wedding day, I’ll coordinate the schedule, look after guests and suppliers, and make operational decisions within the agreed scope.
Setup support and wedding-day coordination are included in all three services.
**What matters to me in our work together**
Personal support, open communication and planning that puts your wishes first.
As your dedicated point of contact, I’ll keep track of dates, agreements and all the organisational details. I’ll think ahead, offer recommendations and find solutions if anything changes during the planning process.
I work for a fixed fee agreed transparently in advance, regardless of your wedding budget.

Bei Hochzeiten außerhalb der Region besprechen wir den Reiseaufwand und mögliche zusätzliche Fahrt- und Übernachtungskosten individuell im Rahmen des Angebots.
